Emma Mulqueeny is a director of Rewired State , an entrepreneur and digital communications leader with a passion for building tangible, open networks for positive change through technology.

As a director, co-founder and crafter of transformational digital companies and initiatives, Emma mostly curates and stimulates developer led R&D around open data, digital platforms and software developers.

Having spent much of the last decade operating internationally across both public & private sectors, Emma provides board level guidance on digital strategy as well as connect people with a wide variety of digital thinkers and doers across several developer networks.

Emma currently directs Rewired State running commercial hack days with 500+ software engineers and designers, Young Rewired State and is a co-founder of #codingforkids
